Brisbane: Australia’s New World City
Brisbane is Australia’s New World City, a multi-cultural hub of creativity and invention that provides students with forward-thinking educational providers and world-class research facilities, all in a sub-tropical climate ideal for an outdoor lifestyle.
Brisbane is a safe and friendly city with a beautiful climate, outdoor lifestyle and a generous community spirit. In fact, Australia’s low crime rates make it one of the safest countries compared with almost anywhere in the world.
Brisbane offers world-class education along with a high quality, accessible lifestyle – especially if you compare living expenses and tuition costs with other developed countries.

“My dream career is to become a Foreign Service Officer (diplomat) for the US Department of State. The Brisbane Student Ambassador Program aims to show us Australian culture and the multicultural landscape of Brisbane. Already, the program has allowed me to assist in activities with the Lord Mayor of Brisbane such as the International Student Friendship Ceremony. Brisbane’s weather and friendly people have been so welcoming. I look forward to exploring Brisbane as well as learning how to surf and visiting the Great Barrier Reef.”
